Save time by setting up an alert for your stimulus check payment

In these uncertain times we understand that you may be relying on when your stimulus payment may be available. So that you do not have to keep logging into Online banking or the Jonah Bank Mobile App, set up an Alert from within Online Banking or the Mobile App so that you are alerted as to when the funds are available in your account. Setting up this alert is simple, all you have to do is follow the steps for either Online Banking or the Mobile App.

  • Setting up an Alert in Online Banking

    To setup an alert in online banking follow these steps:

    1. Login to online banking at www.jonah.bank
    2. Select Settings from the left hand menu
    3. Select Alerts
    4. Select "+ New Alert" then choose "History" alert from the dropdown
    5. Enter "IRS" in the description field
    6. Select the Account you used for your 2018 or 2019 Tax return, or the one you entered in the IRS website for stimulus checks (https://www.irs.gov/coronavirus/get-my-payment)
    7. Select the Alert Delivery Method on which you would like to receive the alert, and enter any additional information required
    8. If SMS message is selected, select to agree to terms for text messaging
    9. Select Create Alert

    With the alert configured, you will be notified via your chosen method when the stimulus payment hits your account.

  • Setting up an Alert using the Jonah Bank Mobile App

    To setup an alert in online banking follow these steps:

    1. Login to online banking at www.jonah.bank
    2. Select Menu at the top left
    3. Select Settings
    4. Select Alerts
    5. Select "+ New Alert" then choose "History" alert from the dropdown
    6. Enter "IRS" in the description field
    7. Select the Account you used for your 2018 or 2019 Tax return, or the one you entered in the IRS website for stimulus checks (https://www.irs.gov/coronavirus/get-my-payment)
    8. Select the Alert Delivery Method on which you would like to receive the alert, and enter any additional information required
