Digital Wallets are quickly becoming a more accepted and convenient method of payment for consumers wanting to use their mobile devices (smartphones, tablets, wearable devices, etc.) for purchases. Jonah Bank has partnered with multiple industry-leading Digital Wallet providers bringing flexibility in choosing an option that best fits you. Jonah Bank cardholders can use Apple Pay, Android Pay, Samsung Pay, and Visa® Click-to-Pay to make purchases at a growing list of retailers and online merchants. At Jonah Bank, you can rely on us to offer the best Digital Wallet solutions to meet your personal needs. And with our Jonah Bank Mobile, and Card Valet apps, you'll be able to do all your banking, track your purchases, and monitor your budget while on the go as well. It's that easy!

WHY WOULD I USE A DIGITAL WALLET?

Digital wallets offer increased security. They're safer than carrying a credit card or cash in your wallet, because information stored in mobile wallets is encrypted, so the details of your credit card, for instance, aren't accessible to others. When mobile wallets transmit data to make payments, they never transmit your actual account numbers. Instead, they use encrypted payment codes. And your phone can't be opened without your fingerprint, faceID, PIN or passcode, so getting to your data is much tougher than opening up your wallet.

HOW TO SETUP AND USE DIGITAL WALLETS

Getting setup and using your preferred digital wallet is as easy as opening the app on your compatible device, enrolling your card, and making purchases online and in store using contactless payment terminals. To help you get started please review the information below for your preferred wallet provider.

How do I confirm the last four digits of my card if asked by a cashier?

As part of their standard security process at checkout, cashiers at some retailers may ask you to confirm the last four digits of your Visa card number. The four digits shown there are what you should provide to the cashier. The Digital Account Number will always be a different number from your physical card.

What if my mobile device is lost or stolen?

Immediately notify Jonah Bank. Personal or Business Card customers should call 307-237-4555. You should also notify your phone carrier if your phone is lost or stolen.
